hi all, i need help with email notification.
i added the new mail box and its successfully tested> then craeted template for case creation then rule to send email for the owner. and assigned to. but when i create case nothing happened..any tips to solve this please.
when i choose to retrieve inbox and sent emails in creating mailbox..nothing also happened but got message that smtp and imap succesfully connected
