    hi all, i need help with email notification.
    i added the new mail box and its successfully tested> then craeted template for case creation then rule to send email for the owner. and assigned to. but when i create case nothing happened..

    any tips to solve this please.

    when i choose to retrieve inbox and sent emails in creating mailbox..nothing also happened but got message that smtp and imap succesfully connected

    Hello, t.qadi.
    Notification messages does not sends automatically then some event was triggered.
    To send your notifications, please run the consumer with command app/console oro:message-queue:consume. This will run consumer and your messages will be sent.
