    Getting a 500 internal server error after checkout for users. Seemed to have happened after a change was made to the order email template on the backend UI. Any suggestions?
    Already cleared the cache.

    Check the logs in app/logs for the exact error.
    Most likely the order confirmation template is the culprit, as it is possible to modify the order confirmation email tempalte in such way that will break sending emails, and that in turn will cause the checkout error.
