Add additional attribute from customer while requesting for quote

Hello All,
I am using orocommerce for channel business where distributor would be providing an orocommerce platform for their partners. But distributor needs to collect end customer details from partners/resellers like name, address, phone no and email while placing order or request for quote.

Can somebody guide me if this is readily available by adding attributes in orocommerce?
