    Hi:

I’m thinking of upgrading my server. I put it together some time ago following the documentation instructions (I’m using CentOs CentOS Linux release 7.6.1810 (Core)).

Besides the usual backing everything up and stuff, is there anything you recommend before updating?

I usually work with Ubuntu so I’m not entirely sure what to expect with CentOs and OroCommerce…

    Thanks!

    Hi.
It depends what software do you have.

2.What version are you going to upgrade to? 7? 8?
Usually a minor update is painless and it’s enough to do:

    Hi Viacheslav:

    Thanks for the reply.

As for your question, I don’t think I have anything special installed (just followed the install docs), still, here’s the output of the command:

From what I’ve read, it doesn’t seem to make much sense to move to CentOs 8 right now, so I’m just going to upgrade to a minor version.

I just tried it on the VM and it seems fine (I still have to browse around the app a little bit) but what I did find interesting is a message recommending the upgrade to php 7.2… has anyone tried this yet?
