Can I add actions to Order's screen?

Hi:

I’d like to add some new buttons to this screen:

For the record, this is the detail page for a particular order.

What I’d like to do is add a new button into the action bar.

How can I do this?

Hi Michael:

Thank you so much! First for your prompt response, second: you gave me the exact answer I was looking for!

I believe this is going to be a much better/easier way to deal with my earlier problems with partial payments.
