    Is there any way to change application theme dynamically by some parameters like store frontend url or organization?

    Hi,
    Yes, In an enterprise edition of OroCommerce you could change the theme from the configuration per website and per organization. Note that the feature is not available in a community edition as there is no multiple organizations and multiple websites support.
