How to make the registration form ignore case sensitivity email?

We are using OroCommerce Enterprise 3.1. Now we can register multi user with one email.
Seems like you can register for Abc@domain.com and abc@domain.com
How to make the registration form ignore case sensitivity email?

On 3.0 this option is not available and will not be available, as this version is a developer preview only and will not get any updates.
But it’s already available at 3.1.0-beta, that is also a developer preview version, so you should consider to upgrade, I don’t see any drawbacks of the upgrade from 3.0 to 3.1 beta as both versions are not supported.
And from 3.1.0-beta it will be easy to upgrade to 3.1 LTS version.
