    Hello
    I explain my need:
    I sell software licenses online, and I want to be notified when the license sold is going to be expired soon.
    can you advise me how to proceed?
    should I use events listner/subscribe on each new order ?
    Or does the oro offer me a simpler solution?

    I suggest to create a custom entity named Licence that will contain the expiration date, and console command that will be triggered by CRON once a day, that will select all account’s that will expire soon and notify the customers in the manner you want to.
