'php bin / console server: start' fails

When I tried to run the project after downloading it from github, I got the error in the photo, I couldn’t find the reason. What should I do

Using the built-in web server is not recommended as it is slow and has a lot of issues. It will be deleted in newer versions.
It is recommended to switch to Nginx or a Symfony Local Web Server.
