    I would like to know if we have a built-in feature of product reviews on oro-commerce?

    Is there a way to add it?

    There is no such built-in feature. You can do it in customization, probably by creating some custom entity that is assigned as a relation to the product.

    I suggest starting from Creating Entities developer guide.
