    Hello!

    Currently, we have 3 status to task: Open (aberto), In progress (Em andamento) and Closed (Fechado).
    And Task view is like that:
    Task view header
    At the left side, we have the status, and at the right side, the button “Começar” to change to In progress status, and “Concluir” to change to closed status.

    So, how do I add a new status (Canceled) to Task?

    Statuses are the part of “task_flow” workflow, to add a new status you need to create a new custom workflow and enable it at the System/ Workflows instead of “Task Flow”.

    You can start building the new workflow as a copy of task_flow,

    Just copy all the files from the given folder and rename the workflow name from task_flow. Then add the new workflow state and transitions to and from that state, similar to Closed.

    To understand how workflow works better to start from the workflow bundle documentation and dev guide.
    Also, we have quite good user documentation.
