Automatically saving a form every X seconds?

Hi,

I spent some time searching through this forum but unfortunately was unable to find anything.

What would be the best approach to saving a form say every 15 seconds automatically without having to hit the save button?

Is that easy to accomplish?

It’s not implemented out of the box. We handle this issue in a different way, by asking to save the form when someone trying to close the window with unsaved changes.
But you could easily handle it manually with the plain jQuery code like this one
