Email campaign: open, click, bounce….

Hi,

We send email campaigns by ORO (Create Email Campaign page –> Transport: Oro)

What shall we set to see results, as open, click, bounce etc.?

Here is the note from the documentation:

If an Email Campaign has been created as a result of integration in MailChimp or Dotmailer, its record will be automatically created in OroCRM and related statistics will be uploaded and synchronized.

So when you don’t use above integrations – email campaign statistics will not be available.

However, you still can have an access to related campaign statistic if the web tracking was configured properly:

Please consider to set up MailChimp or Dotmailer integration.
