    How to remove “nameSuffix”, “Fax” and “Middle name” from Contact and Lead from all forms and datagrid related to that (crud of contact, crud of lead, lead-to-opportunity form, and so on)?

    Two solutions are good for me: remove only in UI (but maintain them in database), and remove from database and UI (including forms and datagrids).
