Mailchimp data

Hello Oro team!

I followed this tutorial to sync Oro and Mailchimp and this tutorial to create a market list and a mail campaign on Mailchimp. Everything worked until this step.

I don’t know if Mailchimp is sending data to Oro or not, but even after Mailchimp sending the campaign email, nothing appears on the Oro campaigns screen.

My integration configuration screen are like that:

I would like to get data from Mailchimp like the ones that are highlighted:

How do I get them?

Hey there!

Just updating, data is caming from Mailchimp to Oro and creating the e-mail campaign! :D

(The tag that I was using to send campaign was wrong)

But the contact sync is not ok.. If I add a new contact via Mailchimp (or remove too), its not appear in my Oro marketing list…

Is there a way to solve it?

Hi William,

Contacts could be deleted in 2 scenarios:
– unsubscribe – item will not be added back to the tag as it is removed from the list as well,
– remove – with add you could restore an item in the marketing list.

We are not adding Magento customers based on the MailChimp data.
Items created on the MailChimp side will not be added to Oro marketing lists because Oro marketing lists are based on an Entity list that is filtered by some criteria.
