Send message from Message queue processor to UI ?

Hi Oro Team,

We need to notify the end-user that a task done by oro:message-queue:consume is terminated.

We are trying to see if it’s possible from a message queue processor to send a notification that would appear in the user flashBag in the UI ?

If so, how ? Do you have any place in ORO where you do similar thing ?

Hi, sadortun.

Please clarify, what do you want to track, that the message was processed or that the message consumer was terminated. Because terminating the message consumer not always mean all the messages were processed, it also can be stopped when it’s out of memory or when the case state changed and so on.

You can take a look at how heartbeat functionality is implemented and consider to send the message with WebSockets when the event is triggered:
