Schema update failed error in orocrm

I have created a custom entity with the name of GST in crm. after created when i click on update schema button getting update schema error and when i delete the entity at the time also getting same error and when after deleting the field showing the field name in entity fields .how to delete permanently that field.

Hi Roshan,
Usually, this error appears because of the wrong permissions configuration.
You can check the application logs to find the cause.
To configure the right permissions, it’s recommended to follow the installation guide.
