Translation: inconsistencies

If you do a search in Crowdin for “Updated”, you’ll get a list containing items like this:
– Updated
– Updated By
– Updated At
– Updated at
– Updated On
– Updated on

Remark 1: Capital use is inconsistent: the seconde word is sometimes capitalized, but not always
Remakr 2: “Updated on” and “Updated at” are (I think) both only used before a date? If so, I think it probably better to use either “on” or “at”, not both.
