    i have problem with email configuration and email notification.

    i already configured the system email through email configuration and added a mailbox for the same email show email and successfully tested connection
    then created a new template and a new rule for case creation but no email notification delivered.
    in the right up panel the email show email is already configured and can send emails but notification is not working any tips or help please
