Im having an issue retrieving emails responses. I can sent an email from the CRM but when that email is responded to by the customer, it is sent to my work email instead of back into the CRM. Apparently there is an issue with the IMAP access credentials?? I need this fixed ASAP and the response time from the company is extremely slow and the sales rep is unreachable. If anyone has any info for me it would be greatly appreciated!
