    I have wanted to know when do you realize the functionnality “Customer Satisfaction”.

    Do you realize it soon or in a few months.

    In your future roadmap, in the category “Marketing”, there “Customer Satisfaction and Engagement Metrics”.
    It’s a satisfaction form or other ? And when it will be developed ?

    Our goal is to develop meaningful metrics that will provide marketing reps with insights on customer satisfaction and engagement. Forms or surveys could serve as a data source for these metrics, but there likely might be other sources—web tracking, direct responses via email, etc.

    We do not have a clear timeline for this feature yet. Most likely it will not be developed in this year.
