SEO friendly URL From Data grid action

when I am clicking on view button of Datagrid, https://prnt.sc/qq3kbg
I am redirecting to URL of this type,
/customer/rfp/view/19?grid%5Bfrontend-requests-grid%5D=i%3D1%26p%3D25%26c%3Did1.customerStatusName1.
poNumber1.shipUntil1.createdAt1.workflowStepLabel0%26v%3D__all__%26a%3Dgrid%26g%255B
originalRoute%255D%3Doro_rfp_frontend_request_index&_rand=0.9791836989131946
that is not SEO URL friendly .
can i change it to: /customer/rfp/view/19 to redirect to this from grid.

These extra parameters needed for entity pagination, you can disable the feature from datagrid configuration. See https://github.com/oroinc/platform/tree/master/src/Oro/Bundle/EntityPaginationBundle#oroentitypaginationbundle
