    Need assistance in creating a customised workflow for the RFQ.

    Once a buyer has made a payment for product, they should be able to communicate with the seller.

    What should be my:
    Exclusive Active Groups
    Exclusive Records Groups
    What Transitions and steps to add

    I recommend following the official documentation to understand how the workflow engine works and how to customize existing workflows
