    Hi:

I’m having a problem with my oro implementation. I’m logged as an admin and I can apparently browse every part of my site but the products…

When I go to Master Catalog or Products menu under Products I get a message saying:

“There was an error performing the requested operation. Please try again or contact us for assistance.”

I checked the webserver’s logs and found this:

[17-Dec-2018 17:01:24] WARNING: [pool www] child 3326 said into stderr: “NOTICE: PHP message: PHP Notice: Undefined property: Oro\Bundle\PricingBundle\EventListener\ProductPriceDatagridListener::$authorizationChecker in /usr/share/nginx/html/oroapp/vendor/oro/commerce/src/Oro/Bundle/PricingBundle/EventListener/ProductPriceDatagridListener.php on line 363”

    Also, I can’t enter my storefront…

I just installed oroCommerce last week and uploaded a bunch of products to it… everything seemed to be working fine. Hadn’t used it for about 4 days and when I came back today I found this problems.

I thought it might have to do with the background jobs…

If I go into the jobs panel I can see a lot of them being in “Stale” status… could this be it?

    Thanks

    Hi, thank for your question.

    – it is a little bit confusing situation on a first view. Could you please clarify which application version do you use? Are there any other errors in log (related to consumer work)?

    Also, I can’t enter my storefront…

Do you receive 500 response and same erros in log? Have you tried to remove application cache?

    Hi ibratsilo:

Thanks for your answer. I believe the problem was related to an incorrect update I had made (more on it here).

    I’ll mark this as resolved.
