    Dear Oro team,
    when i run the following command it gives me two errors;

    1. Server platform not identified:
    You can circumvent this by setting a ‘server_version’ configuration value
    Can you tell me how i can do this.

    2. access denied to user@localhost
    this error is shown three times including for mysql,pdo etc.

    Any info on how to fix this will help.

    Dear Oro Team,
    I finished the installation with the error of having the mysql not allowed connecting to the IP address of my website/domain.

    Hence I have on my website page only a standard nginx page showing rather oro application showing,
    Please help on how can I fix it.

    Hi snb-me,

    Please check the MySQL documentation on how to troubleshoot connection issues and add necessary permissions – https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/problems-connecting.html

    Most likely you would need to do something simple along the lines of

    or its equivalent in your DB management tool.
