Hello – I am testing my install in Dev mode (using index_dev.php) – on both Admin and Frontend. I am unable to see any product pricing on the frontend even when I have clearly set the pricing for the products using Admin application:

    TEST-CORE Core Test In Stock Enabled Jul 3, 2019, 5:03 PM Jul 5, 2019, 12:14 AM
    Each
    USD 500.00

    TEST-ADV Advanced Test In Stock Enabled Jul 3, 2019, 5:01 PM Jul 5, 2019, 7:30 PM Sellers_India_GST
    Each
    USD 500.00

I have checked on the server and message consumers are running:
    sudo supervisorctl status
    oro_message_consumer:oro_message_consumer_00 RUNNING pid 28904, uptime 0:03:13
    oro_message_consumer:oro_message_consumer_01 RUNNING pid 28905, uptime 0:03:13
    oro_message_consumer:oro_message_consumer_02 RUNNING pid 28903, uptime 0:03:13
    oro_message_consumer:oro_message_consumer_03 RUNNING pid 28906, uptime 0:03:13
    oro_message_consumer:oro_message_consumer_04 RUNNING pid 28931, uptime 0:03:12
oro_web_socket FATAL Exited too quickly (process log may have details)

I still recalculated product pricing from the backend:
    sudo php bin/console oro:price-lists:recalculate –all
Start processing of all Price rules
    Start combining all Price Lists
    The cache is updated successfully

Still, no pricing showing in the storefront – please advise.

    Thanks

The common problems why prices cannot work:
    – the consumer is not running
    – you forget to trigger price recalculation manually after import
    – you are using a different unit for product and configured price
    – there is a price for the number of products you are trying to add to the shopping list (e.g., prices start from 10 items but you adding to SL 3 items).

Also please make sure the consumer and application are running in the same environment, “dev” in your case. And if they are using different environments, please clear the cache before restarting the message consumer.

Thanks Andrey! I still haven’t managed to solve the issue – below are my comments against your suggestions:

    – the consumer is not running
My install struggles from messages consumers going into “not running” state from time to time (“supervisorctl status” returns FATAL: exited too early) – I haven’t been able to figure out why. How do I restart all consumers?

All the other conditions are met – I have triggered the price recalculation manually, the product and pricing is using the same unit (each), I am only using pricing for 1 product and the pricelist has price specified for 1 product.

The only issue I found (which I fixed immediately) was that earlier I was using the Default Price List – where currency was USD while my install currency is INR; I have now changed the currency to INR on the Default Price List, as well as created a completely new pricelist (in INR) and used it as well – the prices still don’t show up! Lastly, I have tried clearing the cache a number of times to ensure that’s not a problem.

Please advise on how to get this resolved!

    Thanks
