    Hi,
    During the initial setup of orocommerce, I made a mistake in the email configuration which caused a password reset mail not to be sent.

    Orocommerce constantly tries to send out that mail, and my logfile is complete filled with these messages:

    console.ERROR: An error occurred while running command “–env=prod –no-debug ‘oro:message-queue:consume'”. Expected response code 250 but got code “554”, with message “554 5.2.0 STOREDRV.Submission.Exception:SendAsDeniedException.MapiExceptionSendAsDenied; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message Cannot submit message.

    How do I stop orocommerce from sending this mail, so that my logfile only contains ‘real’ errors ?

    gr,
    tom

    If you are using community edition, all the messages are stored in the database. You could delete them explicitly form it by running a raw sql query, like this

    Hello, thanks for your help!

    I did this, the error is now replaced by:

    [2018-12-17 12:27:07] console.ERROR: An error occurred while running command “‘oro:cron:imap-sync'”. The email synchronization failed for the following origins: 3. {“exit_code”:1,”exception”:”[object] (Exception(code: 0): The email synchronization failed for the following origins: 3. at /var/www/html/orocommerce-application/vendor/oro/platform/src/Oro/Bundle/EmailBundle/Sync/AbstractEmailSynchronizer.php:618)”,”arguments”:{“command”:”oro:cron:imap-sync”}} {“processor”:”Oro\\Bundle\\CronBundle\\Async\\CommandRunnerProcessor”,”message_id”:”oro.5c179616301e49.70664553″,”message_body”:”{\”command\”:\”oro:cron:imap-sync\”,\”arguments\”:[],\”jobId\”:49292}”,”message_properties”:{“oro.message_queue.client.topic_name”:”oro.cron.run_command.delayed”,”oro.message_queue.client.processor_name”:”oro_cron.async.command_runner_processor”,”oro.message_queue.client.queue_name”:”oro.default”},”message_headers”:{“content_type”:”application/json”,”message_id”:”oro.5c179616301e49.70664553″,”timestamp”:1545049622},”message_priority”:2,”job_id”:49292,”job_name”:”oro:cron:run_command:oro:cron:imap-sync.delayed”,”job_data”:[],”elapsed_time”:”4894 ms”,”memory_usage”:”64.61 MB”}
