    When activating “alternative chckout” workflow ( simple “checkout” workflow is always active) with 50 (example) as “order approuval threshold” , it becomes impossible for all customers to make orders via shopping lists (they all have to go through “devis”) no matter the subtotal of their orders (even less than 50).
    is there any alternative config? am i missing something?

    Alternative checkout workflow can be enabled at the same time with a simple checkout. But for the single Checkout entity, only one of this workflow can be active at the same time.

    Which workflow will be activated depends on the customer id.
    For all customer users, that belong to the customer with id = 4, alternative checkout will be activated. For everyone else – simple checkout.

    Both checkouts never work at the same time.



    okey , how can i manage its config in order to take control on which customer id the workflow will be activated?

    As Alternative checkout workflow just an example of checkout workflow customization, the customer id is hardcoded in workflow configuration.
    You can create a new workflow as a copy of an alternative checkout workflow and change customer ID there.
