    Many CRMs have a feature which creates tasks or reminders if a customer does not reply to your email within a certain period of time (e.g. https://close.io/emailing/ – see the gif at the top).

    Is this kind of feature possible in OroCRM? It would be great to work with opportunities like this.

    Hi, unfortunately, there’s no such functionality out of the box.
    But it’s possible to implement it.
