    I would like to know if there is a way to add a new contact reason through orocrm ?

    Just to clarify your question – what you mean by contact reason – contact source, contact method or something else?

    When you create a new embedded form with a contact reason dropdown, there is default values in this dropdown, I wanted to know if there is a way to modify theses values through orocrm or if the only way was to add them directly in database.

    Now I see, thank you for explanation.

    For now you can’t do that from UI, but you can implement your own bundle, add there migration similar to this one and add required contact reasons.

    Probably, in future we will have UI to manage dictionary entities.
