    Hi again

    Is it correct that ANY Email Template has to be created with relation to an entity in order to be used? E.G I want to send a email to a customer out of an opportunity and I want to choose a “generic” E-Mail Template (with Logo and Adress…). But it seems as if I have to create such a template for the entity “opportunity” first and ANY entity that I might send a “generic” email from someday. This seems odd…

    Can anyone give me a clue on how this meant to be used?

    Hi Rembert,

    You are absolutely right: If you have created an email template that is not related to any particular entity, you must be able to use it for email creation anywhere. This is a bug and we will try to fix it ASAP.
