    I can’t seem to find how to setup notification rules to send out emails automatically. I have contact request form setup in Magento contacts and that works, however I need to know when someone has submitted a request. I would typically want to send them an autoresponse email as well.

    Can anyone help me on how this can be done please?

    Hi Chris,

    You can set up a notification rule that will be triggered when a new Contact Request record is created in OroCRM. Please check our User Guide for details.

    There is no way to set up an automatic response to submitted forms from the UI, however, it should be possible to do with some customization. We also plan to expand our workflow capabilities to cover this use case in the near future.
