    Hi,

I’m using OroCRM v3.0.0. As an admin I’m able to download the export rows attachment I get in my email. But the other users cannot.

Is this a bug or is there a permission I have missed?

    Thank you.

    Hello.

Could you, please, share a screenshot with the action you’re trying to do and share the error text you have?

    Hi Yevhen,

Sorry for the late reply. This is the URL: http://<web_site_hidden>/export/download/export_2019_01_17_12_31_18_5c4075968ccd4.xlsx

And below is the error message that I get:

    error message

Although, this works under Admin role.

    Thank you!

I guess you’ve missed a permission. To make it work you should set Export entity records (id=oro_importexport_export) or Import entity records (id=oro_importexport_import) for the required role.

Please, try to do it and tell me if it helped.

Could you also attach a screenshot of a page with the element you’re trying to click? I’m asking that because standard email download link should look like https://*************/email/attachments/163, but not /export/download/…

    Hi Yehven,

Thank you so much! It worked when I checked “Export Entity Records” permission under the role. I was thinking “Export Grid views” is the correct permission for this, not sure what it’s used for now.

Regarding the url, it happened that by mistake I emptied the email templates table (oro_email_template) and therefore used the templates from the old version, maybe that’s why the links are different? Do you know where I can find the email templates records? Another thing is, when I open the “oro_email_attachment” table, it’s empty, no export files records.

    Thank you again.

    > Do you know where I can find the email templates records?
They are stored at oro_email_template table, Oro\Bundle\EmailBundle\Entity\EmailTemplate entity.

This table stores actual email attachments, not export files. Export files are generated on the fly when you are triggering export.
