    Hello together,

during installation of oroCRM on a Debian 9 server after running the command

    php ./app/console oro:install –env=prod –timeout=900

I get the following error message

    > Oro\Bundle\SecurityBundle\Migrations\Schema\OroSecurityBundleInstaller
ERROR: An exception occurred while executing ‘CREATE TABLE acl_classes (id INT UNSIGNED AUTO_INCREMENT NOT NULL, class_type VARCHAR(200) NOT NULL, UNIQUE INDEX UNIQ_69DD750638A36066 (class_type), PRIMARY KEY(id)) DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8mb4 COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci ENGINE = InnoDB’:

SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1071 Specified key was too long; max key length is 767 bytes

The db on the server is 10.1.37-MariaDB-0+deb9u1

What could be the reason for the issue and how can I rectify this?

    Best regards
