    The default “Account Life Time Value” report is showing “No records found”. However I have plenty f customer accounts with sales.

    This report shows data for account life time value, this calculated as a sum of close revenue values from all related to account opportunities in “won” status.

    So this means if you do not have any account with linked “won opportunity” you will not see any records there.

    Hope explanation is clear :)

    Are order imported from Magento (status = complete) consider a “won opportunity”?

    Hi David

    This is not covered yet, you will need to create a custom report for this using our report management tool. We are working in the direction that will allow to combine report data from multiple channels.
