    It seems that with the release of RC-2 the ability to convert a lead into an opportunity has been lost. Is this intentional? I no longer see the qualify button in the /lead/update page.

    @anthonymartin This was not removed but rather collapsed in to the sales activity workflow. In the next release this will be complete through the ability to create and/or use existing Leads and Opportunities in the that workflow. In any case the old workflow are still available but just disabled out of the box.

    Is this an attempt at decoupling leads, opportunities and sales activities?

    @anthonymartin not really this is more to simplify the workflows and have one per entity. This will allow to have multiple workflows, say for different sales teams or organizations that have the same related entities.
