    Please follow this guide
    https://oroinc.com/orocrm/doc/current/install-upgrade/installation-quick-start-dev/crm#installation-crm-ce-readme

For the localhost, you can use any domain as soon as it is mapped at the hosts file.

    For example http://crm.wip

May i know what is wip?

It is an acronym for “work in progress”, you can use any other domain, except the real one with required https, like the .dev domain.

mapped at the hosts file -> How can I find?

It is already mentioned at the documentation, just follow it and use the same server-name for all the commadns.
