We added for Lead entity custom field with type OptionSet to store gender. Available value options of field are Male and Female.

Now we need to transform gender value from Lead to Contact in workflow qualification action. With actions we can successfully transform all Lead entity’s fields except fields with OptionSet type.

We try to perform transform with this workflow action:

After performing transition via interface we see that all fields successfully transformed from Lead to Contact except gender field. Value of gender in Contact entity keeps empty.

Please help us. What is the right way to perform transform fields with OptionSet type?

    Hello, Nikita.

Unfortunately, option sets are not accessible through property paths as regular properties. It’s known issue and it will be fixed in the next release.

For now to store gender you can use regular string and form type oro_gender to select it on UI.
