orocrm defeated other product because :
1 – easy relation with magento
2 – extensisble “but no in not complet”
3 – ecosystem of symfony will help oro
    4 – open source
5 – logical design that help user organize his work
—>But there are problems make it difficult for the average user to take advantage of it now
1 – problem with magento 1.8 “magento 1.8 give the date xsd format like 2004-04-12T13:20:00 is not the same as other mag version” user can’t test the most important part for him the channel and magento intgration
2 – problem when you choose other languague as arabic “problem in installation !!!”
3 – it’s not easy in windows but in ubuntu is very cool “linux”
4 – now any documentation for user
    —>problem for developers
1 – dependant of oro for performence with externe project like “nodejs, apc”
    nodejs in windows not simple
apc have problem with php 5.5
2 – problem ( symfony, doctrine) like override entity = add fields entity override fields entity (in db not just in form) ++
3 – performence in dev environment “is big problem for testing”
