    Hi guys,

    My company is using OroCRM to sync contacts into Mail Chimp. However, I noticed that not every account is successfully synced into Mail Chimp List. Anyone here have similar experience and how did you solve it?

    Hi Norman,

    MailChimp does not sync contacts with email addresses that they consider blacklisted for some reasons (they were bounced more than once, they have complained to newsletter or marked it as spam, etc.). It is often the case with dummy or test data but sometimes it also happens with real clients.

    To check if this is indeed the case, try creating a new test contact with email that doesn’t sync and try to import it to a new MailChimp list. If it doesn’t import, the problem is with the email address, and there’s little we can do, as it’s entirely MailChimp’s functionality.
