Forums OroCRM No user apart from logged main admin in "Owner" filter in the leads datagrid

    I’ve set up OroCRM and its running fine. I created users and added leads. When creating leads I assigned owner from the user list. However, when I go to Sales -> Leads and try to use the “Owner” filter, no user appears in the drop down other than the main admin. Am I missing something? Thank you.

    Hi freelancer.amitabh,
    All dropdowns are using search index for suggestings. To make them work properly after adding new entities, it’s required to update the search index. This is done automatically at OroCommerce by the message consumer that must be running at the background.

    It looks like an application doesn’t have running message consumer and that’s why the search index was not updated.

    Please follow the installation guide to configure the consumer properly.

    Got it! Thanks so much!

    Yes, I do get the message “The application is not configured properly (message consumers are not available). Please contact the system administrator.”, but was ignoring as the application was running, will look into it now.

    I guess this is also related, to the tags not appearing in the “tags” drop down after creating them.
