    I have some questions:

    If I wait for version 1.9 is that it is possible to move from 1.7 directly to version 1.9? If not, I have to go through version 1.8, is that the transition from version 1.8 to 1.9 will fix bugs labels?

    Is it possible to apply the master version of the patch then do the update?

    Is what I can redo a clean install via compose version 1.8 and point it to my current database in version 1.7?

    Other precision in the fields entity management interface (ex:/entity/config/view/1), all field are duplicate.

    Artem,
    I made an update to version 1.8.2, but I am having new problem. All labels of my custom fields have disappeared. For example, I have a custom field ‘classement’ in the ‘Lead’ entity in there interface appears as follows. ‘orocrm.sales.lead.classement.label’.
    On top of that I lost the translation (French) of all basic fields of all entities.
    Should he run a script?
    An idea ?

    hi @Rodolfo Thank you for your answer.
    When I do a “top”, my httpd processes is 100%, php and mysqld are ok.
    On your advice I created a empty dashboard, but the loading time is also very slow.
    The consultation takes about 10s but it is almost impossible to create or modify objects, about 2 minutes of waiting.

    How can I be sure that my cache is enabled and functioning properly (eg writing problem)?

    xdebug is disabled, I am prod environment. My orocrm version is 1.7.

    Hello Dima,
    I would like to disabled a B2B customer.
    Let me explain :
    my clients have contracts with a duration of 1 year. Every year some did not renew their contract but it can renew it the following year. During the period when my client has no contract I would like to turn it off.
    I thought of a checked box to enabled / disabled in the B2B customer entity, is this the only solution?

    Hello @artem
    in an email I try to add a context from the GUI by clicking the “add context” button, the widget opens but I have a javascript error “Failed to load resource: Net :: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE”.
    Is there a bug?

    Have you sample code for adding a context?

    hello,
    @artem thank you for the guide, so I made the update to version 1.7 to 1.8, and then I have created a mailbox shared by several users and then launched my IMAP synchronization. Everything is going well and all users can access email by “my email” link. But in the tab of my activities account emails are not present, is this normal?

    Thank you for your answer,
    I am having users that share the same secondary address in order to synchronize the same inbox.
    For example several users with a different main address and a common secondary email.
    EX: ( user1@mondomaine.com + commercial@mondaime.com ) and ( user2@mondomaine.com + commercial@mondaime.com ).
    The mailbox commercial@mondaime.com can be synchronized for 2 users.

    Does version 1.8 will provide this functionality?

    I have the same problem with the same logs , but only for the sent email . Synchronization is ok for incoming mail .
