So again it seems I was to eager to close the issue, hehe…

With the change I mentioned above I got to see the images displayed ok in the home page, the product page and the category images in the product list page but, for some reason I still can’t see the product images in the list page…

Ok… so I kind of solved the issue, though I’m not entirely satisfied (since I don’t know why it manifested in the first place…).

Digging into the code I found this:

    And a little below:

In my particular case, oro_frontend.guest_access_enabled was not enabled (It never was actually)… when I did enable it my images appeared… in fact, when I unchecked it in the VM I got to reproduce the error…

I can’t tell for sure but I believe this is a bug that was introduced either in 3.1.16 or 3.1.17 (Up to 3.1.15 I hadn’t had any such trouble).

The file where I think the problem might be located is vendor/oro/customer-portal/src/Oro/Bundle/FrontendAttachmentBundle/Provider/FileUrlProvider.php

In fact, if I comment out the lines 159-161 I get the expected behavior (Images shown when I’m logged in as a non-admin user and login required to browse the catalogue).

    Hi:

I’ve been digging into the code and found that there are two routes that could be used to generate image URLs such the ones I’m looking at:

    • oro_filtered_attachment
    • oro_frontend_attachment_filter_image

For some reason I still can’t figure out my frontend (in production) seems to be using the first when it should use the second (as in my VM).

I checked the Oro version in both and it’s the same (3.1.17)… so, since the code is the same, I believe the issue must be a difference in the contents of the database, right?

Apparently I was to eager to solve the issue :(

Just checked the website and the images are broken again… Not only the product images but the categories as well.

I did the same test as before and found that if I remove the /admin prefix from the img src it works, but I don’t know why such prefix is added to the images.

    Thanks for the help!

Something strange just happened… now I seem to be able to see the images… perhaps the image resizing was taking longer than I expected…

I’ll mark the issue as resolved for the time being and keep an eye on it… thanks!

    Hi Michael:

Thanks for your answer… I’m affraid that doesn’t seem to be the problem… ACL Protected option is already set to “No” :(

    Hi Viacheslav:

    Thanks for the reply.

As for your question, I don’t think I have anything special installed (just followed the install docs), still, here’s the output of the command:

From what I’ve read, it doesn’t seem to make much sense to move to CentOs 8 right now, so I’m just going to upgrade to a minor version.

I just tried it on the VM and it seems fine (I still have to browse around the app a little bit) but what I did find interesting is a message recommending the upgrade to php 7.2… has anyone tried this yet?

    Thanks Andrey!

Just tried it and it worked! (I can’t believe it work at the first try :)).

I’ll leave the file I changed in case it can help someone else:

I placed a datagrid.yml file inside my bundles Resources/config/oro/ dir containing:

    Hi:

I’m getting a lot of critical messages like this.

I haven’t changed anything to the server and I’ve been getting this alerts for more than an hour… just restarted supervisord but it looks just the same.

I checked my mysql and it’s up and running…

What I did found in the logs is a few of this:

I checked https://stackoverflow.com/questions/41134785/how-to-solve-mysql-warning-innodb-page-cleaner-1000ms-intended-loop-took-xxx and it says that it can be normal, but I never saw it happening before…

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I just deployed my new version to production and it worked.

I think I might have had an issue with the name of my cloned workflow and my translation file… anyway, thanks for your help!

    Hi Andrey:

    Thanks, sorry to bug you.

I went through the documentation you pointed me to and I thought the problem was that I was using “en_US” as locale instead of “en” (Which is the one I used when dumping, so the resulting file is src/Leeway/Bundle/ThemeBundle/Resources/translations/workflows.en.yml).

    I issued the following commands:

But when I go to the translations panel I don’t see any translations under any key that contains
    b2b_flow_checkout_cloned.

What am I doing something wrong?

    Thanks

I finally understood my mistake: I was following the instructions too literally :)

I cloned the alternativecheckout workflow when what I actually needed to clone was b2b_flow_checkout.

Once I did that the change was applied.

The problem I’m having now is with the translation of the label… for some reason I don’t understand it’s not taking it.

Even though I did create a translation file I still see the label like this:

Thanks. I followed that guide and my new workflow is showing in the workflow configuration panel but I don’t see the change.

I tried de-activating the Alternative Checkout workflow but it didn’t seem to make a difference.

I cleared my cache and that didn’t work either…

    Am I missing something?

    Thanks Andrey:

I did this and it works. The problem I have is that I made the change directly within the vendor directory and, as I suspected, once I deployed a new minor version everything went back to the way it was and I had to re-apply the change…

How can I make this change permanent?

    Thanks!
