    Hi

    To completely remove custom fields you can try use migration.
    – remove field from database
    – clear field data from oro_entity_config_field
    – clear class definition from oro_entity_config table

    There are not any limits on number of messages in folder. If you provide sync log we will check it to do correct sync of emails.

    Hi

    Probably you have created Customer entity as is not extend. Please check it. For correct work ActivityContact must to use extend entity only. We have appropriate bug and will fix it in next release.

    I try reproduce you problem but can not do it. Can you provide addition how you define this form in services and how do you use this extended form?
    Additional you should remove parent::buildForm() row. You don’t need extend from EmailType class. You can use Symfony\Component\Form\AbstractType to extends.

    Hi.

    Check all steps are correct:
    1. Restore from backup your DB to v 1.5 and update sources to 1.8
    2. Run: composer update
    3. Run:
    app/console cache:clear –env=prod
    or
    rm -Rf app/cache/prod
    4. Run:
    app/console oro:platform:update –force –env=prod –timeout=0

    Hello.

    Check “Sync start date” value at Integration settings form.
    Check “Job Queue” page for failed/incomplete jobs.
    Check app/logs/prod.log for errors.
    And you can check sync statuses with count of add records at the Integration page at “Statuses” section.

    If any records failed to import there should be errors in log files regarding it.

    The problem really exists and we are going to fix it in the next version.
    Now you can fix it manually in file
    src/Oro/Bundle/EmailBundle/Form/Type/EmailTemplateTranslationType.php
